The Freeze

It has been awfully chilly and snowy around here the past month, the kids are loving it, due to the many snow days they've had, but the papa of the family is SO ready for the kiddos to head back to school, lol!

In our household, the one who is enjoying every minute of this weather is my sweet fur-baby, Leo. Boy, does he LOVE going for walks out in our woods! Just the mention of the word "walk" and his head perks up and his eyes grow wider.

I can honestly say that I don't mind this weather -since I grew up in the mid-west, but the drivers in this area make me very nervous...too many of them don't seem to realize the need to slow down and use caution on icy roads...
