My new hobby

This is the first time I've ever knitted, and these three hats are what I've accomplished so far. I made the two little ones for the twin boys Levi's Mom is due with in Sept. The multi-colored one I made for Levi. All three hat are made with Bamboo yarn, which is extremely soft.

Father's Day 2010

This was a special Father's Day for us ...considering Jason was deployed during last year's Father's Day. We grilled steaks and corn on the cob, and Mattie wouldn't leave Jason's side while he was grilling, so we figured we would let her join in on the feast by giving her a small steak, and she had it all gone in no time. I made one of Jason's favorite desserts, the cookie monster, and he was the only one to clean his plate while the rest of us probably only ate a 1/4 of ours, lol.

Colorado's Renaissance Festival

We had such a great time at the festival and we plan to attend next years event. As you can see we bought the boys shields and swords, Austin even fell asleep holding on to his, lol.

Hanging out at Ashley and Riely's

Cam "riding" Riely's lawn mower that he has taken over, lol

When we were hanging out at Ashley and Riely's, their dog Mojo kept trying to get the toys out of the pool, lol

These are pictures from Grandma June's birthday, it was great to have the family come together. It was also a nice surprise to see my cousin Ben. I can't believe how much he has grown, I still remember when he was 4 yrs old, lol. I also learned how much my nephew Camden LOVES corn on the cob, and to not take it away from him -seriously. Lol
