Jason's Recovery from Surgery

Jason injured his foot while he was deployed back in Nov of 2009, and just now had the shattered bones removed from his foot. Last Monday the Dr. removed 4 small bones from his foot, and he is now on bed rest for 24 days, and the outcome of this surgery is still unknown...we don't know if he'll have any balancing or walking issues, therefore we don't know if he'll be able to complete his time in the Army, only time will tell.

 This is a cold therapy machine and it helps to keep the swelling down in his foot, which also helps it heal more quickly

 This is the wrap that circulates the cold water around his foot.
